The abbreviated version is that I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago to hard working parents who instilled me with midwest values and a strong work ethic . I was the first in my family to go to college and I felt obliged to follow the path that society deemed appropriate. At first I remained on this path which saw me graduating from college with honors and eventually led to a successful career in corporate America working for two fortune 500 companies. BUT deep inside the path less traveled was calling me. And as I answered that call the more I learned that magic happens when you step outside of your comfort zone... This path felt in alignment with what the universe had planned for me and it provided me with the opportunities, courage and faith needed to take the leap, leave an old path behind and move to LA to become an actor.

my words, my voice

On a one hour flight from LA to Arizona, I was rocked with some existential life questions in a time where l had started to lose hope and question the whole “living out of my comfort zone” decision.. In an urge to express myself..the words poured out of me and onto the notes app on my phone. I was uncovering what happiness truly meant to me and how to live a life full of purpose. It was this given moment that turned free writing into a gift and a therapeutic tool, a form of self-care to process what I feel in each moment.

Writing allows me to see the evolution of my creativity and how I’ve grown. Each piece serves as a reminder of memories deeply felt in the present moment.
