THERE'S SO MUCH VALUE IN KNOWING YOURSELF DEEPLY - ALL OF YOU, BOTH THE LIGHT AND THE DARK - INTEGRATED SO YOU CAN BE A BRIDGE TO BRING PEOPLE TOGETHER. EMBRACE IT ALL.

There is an inherent desire in all human beings to be seen - to be heard - to be valued. But as it often does- life happens and we forget the simple truth- the very nature of you being here, incarnated in this body on this planet at this time is a gift. You are unique and special and you are more than enough.
Best Advice received
Be interested, not interesting.
I want to be a reminder for anyone that considers themselves a dreamer or visionary. Set the seemingly unreachable goals- see it, believe it, and yes do the work. You are enough for what you want to manifest because what you are seeking is seeking you. Keep going.
My own journey of doing the inner work impacted not only my acting, but my life as a whole towards a path of greater purpose. For so long I was hiding and shying away from my true essence. I haven't shared much of myself thus far because of the fear of being judged - but I believe we have a responsibility to share our voice and our truth. The truth sets you free.
For so long I allowed the world to put it’s labels on me. Today I say I AM WHO I SAY I AM. I decide. Reclaiming your power, taking ownership-- there is freedom in that.
The world needs more of who you really are. The more you know yourself, the more you expand your unique gift that you've been inherently given. Never give up on your dream. This is my message to you.

Be first what you want to see. You have more to give when you own cup is full.

Root for people, always. Especially the ones who make something out of nothing. I love an underdog.

You've got to see it for yourself first. If you can't envision it, no one else can.
Drive
Have the willingness to take ownership and responsibility to create the dream through a strong work ethic. Just never give up.

Practicing Krav Maga allowed me to do almost all of my stunts in Supernatural and Teen Wolf on my own.
